Music Programmer, BOILER ROOM

About the Role

Boiler Room is looking for a Programmer to curate and deliver culturally relevant artist line-ups across club events, festivals and global music projects. Working closely with the Programming team, you will identify talent, book artists and help shape events that champion underground music communities around the world. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of club culture, an established network across the music industry and experience delivering artist bookings from concept through to show day.

What You'll Do

  • Curate artist line ups for Boiler Room events across multiple international territories

  • Programme key Boiler Room events and festival stages to achieve commercial and audience goals

  • Lead the artist booking process from initial concept through to negotiation, contracting and event delivery

  • Manage artist budgets, contracts and payments while maintaining accurate administration

  • Advance artists with production teams ahead of events, ensuring all logistical requirements are delivered

  • Act as the main artist liaison on event days, managing schedules, requests and last minute changes

  • Work closely with Event Production, Marketing, Broadcast and Finance teams to deliver world class events

  • Build strong relationships with artists, agents, promoters and local music communities

  • Research new venues, cities and emerging music scenes for future Boiler Room events

  • Contribute to wider creative projects including merchandise collaborations, documentaries, pop ups and branded activations
