Field Marketing Manager, ANTHROPIC
About the Role
Anthropic is looking for a Field Marketing Lead to build and scale its EMEA field marketing function, driving demand generation and revenue growth across Europe. Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing and global marketing teams, you'll develop regional marketing strategies, lead high-impact events and account-based marketing programmes, and help shape the growth of one of the world's leading AI companies.
What You'll Do
Build and lead Anthropic's EMEA field marketing function
Develop regional demand generation and account-based marketing strategies
Plan and deliver executive roundtables, customer events, conferences and partner activations
Partner with Sales teams to drive pipeline growth and strategic account engagement
Measure campaign performance through reporting, attribution and ROI analysis
Manage field marketing budgets and external agency relationships
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Solutions Marketing to ensure consistent regional messaging
Identify premium industry events and create high-impact activation strategies
Build relationships with partners, vendors and industry organisations across EMEA
Continuously optimise campaigns using data and stakeholder feedback
Who This Is For
Marketing professionals with 10+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience
Candidates with experience in field marketing, demand generation and account-based marketing
