Entertainment Industry Relations Internship, GUCCI
About the Role
Gucci is looking for an Entertainment Industry Relations Intern to support its London Communications team. Working closely with the Entertainment Industry Relations Manager, you'll help deliver talent dressing, VIP sample management and high profile brand activations while supporting Gucci's relationships across fashion, film, music, sport and the arts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in fashion communications, celebrity relations or luxury brand marketing.
What You'll Do
Coordinate domestic and international sample shipments
Manage VIP samples and maintain the Entertainment Industry Relations sample archive
Support talent dressing, fittings and sample requests for high profile clients
Assist with talent appointments and dressing sessions
Help organise local events, activations and talent appearances
Coordinate gifting campaigns and seasonal product deliveries
Manage guest lists, travel and accommodation for talent
Create presentation decks and reporting documents
Work closely with Retail, Communications and Head Office teams
Maintain accurate tracking using Fashion GPS
Stay up to date with London's fashion, music, film and cultural landscape
