Client Services Manager (Senior Account Manager) - FTC

About the Role

Allwyn UK is hiring a Client Services Manager to join Studio 59, its newly launched in-house creative agency. This role sits at the centre of campaign delivery, acting as the bridge between brand teams and creative teams to ensure projects move seamlessly from brief to execution. You'll manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, oversee timelines and budgets, coordinate stakeholders and help deliver creative work that strengthens The National Lottery brand.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of advertising and marketing campaigns

  • Lead project timelines, budgets, briefing processes and campaign workflows

  • Act as the key point of contact between brand, creative, media, legal and production teams

  • Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable creative plans

  • Manage campaign reporting, status updates and project trackers

  • Support reactive content production and fast-turnaround campaigns

  • Build strong relationships with agency partners and internal stakeholders

  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements

  • Support creative excellence while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget
