Junior Marketing Manager, UNIVERSAL MUSIC

ABOUT THE ROLE

Universal Music is looking for an International Marketing Manager to lead and deliver global marketing campaigns across Polydor’s international roster. This is a commercially focused, creatively driven role for someone who understands how music moves culture and how strategy, data and storytelling combine to drive real audience growth. You will oversee campaigns end to end, shaping release strategy, managing budgets, aligning global teams, and ensuring each project lands with impact across streaming, media and live spaces.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and deliver multi platform marketing campaigns for international releases

  • Build creative, culturally relevant campaign ideas alongside global marketing teams

  • Manage campaign budgets and track performance against KPIs

  • Oversee creative assets and ensure cohesive storytelling across platforms

  • Report on chart positions, streaming performance and key audience metrics

  • Use insight tools and data to inform strategy and optimise campaign delivery

  • Project manage campaigns across departments to ensure clarity and momentum

  • Build strong working relationships with artists, management, agents and promoters

  • Collaborate closely with A&R, Digital, Press, Promotions, Sales, Streaming and Commercial teams

  • Support merchandising, e commerce and partner activation strategy across releases
