Social Media Manager, THE FITTING ROOM

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Fitting Room is looking for a Social Media Strategist who can think, create, and execute at a high level. This is a hands on role for someone who understands culture, platform behaviour, and how to turn insight into standout social content.

You will lead social strategy end to end, from idea to execution to reporting, while creating platform native content that drives engagement and builds brand love.

What You’ll Do

  • Create, shoot and edit content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X

  • Build culturally sharp content calendars aligned to brand goals

  • Produce reactive, trend led content quickly and confidently

  • Manage community engagement and maintain consistent tone of voice

  • Develop integrated social campaigns across multiple clients

  • Use social listening and trend research to guide strategy

  • Monitor conversations, sentiment and performance in real time

  • Track metrics and present insights clearly to clients

  • Support project budgets, timelines and commercial delivery

  • Collaborate closely with Creative, PR and Client Services teams
