Digital Manager, NET-A-PORTER & MR PORTER

ABOUT THE ROLE

NET-A-PORTER is hiring a Senior Digital Media Executive to join its Digital Media Marketing team, reporting into the Digital Marketing Director – Luxury. This is a global paid social role leading strategy and budget management across high-profile NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER campaigns. You’ll own planning, optimisation and measurement across key platforms, using data to drive performance across the full funnel.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead global paid social strategy and budget management

  • Plan, coordinate and deliver multiple campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Reddit

  • Identify performance levers by channel, country and campaign and share learnings across teams

  • Own reporting and data quality across tools including GA360, Funnel IO and Tableau

  • Analyse performance and optimise campaigns to improve results across the funnel

  • Plan and run structured tests, track results, and turn insights into clear recommendations

  • Define KPI frameworks and measurement plans for Brand and Always On activations

  • Build best practice for content distribution and creative optimisation using customer insights and data
