ABOUT THE ROLE
Rockstar Games is hiring a Project Coordinator to support international marketing efforts from its London studio.
This role sits within the central marketing hub, coordinating global campaigns across digital, social, in-game and owned channels. You will work closely with marketing, creative, development, localisation and QA teams to ensure content is delivered accurately, on time and consistently across languages and regions. This is a detail-driven, fast-paced role for someone organised, collaborative and passionate about entertainment and gaming culture.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on international marketing briefs and requirements
Support multiple ongoing projects across different channels while keeping stakeholders updated
Manage internal approvals processes for marketing content
Maintain delivery schedules and ensure deadlines are met
Organise and distribute assets to internal teams, agencies, vendors and partners
Help prioritise projects across teams to meet campaign timelines
Ensure consistency across languages, channels and marketing assets
Who This Is For
Graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
Professionals with 2+ years experience in digital, marketing or project management
Individuals with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Detail-oriented operators who thrive under pressure
People passionate about video games, entertainment, film and music
Strong communicators comfortable working across multiple teams
