Senior Creative, HYPEBEAST

ABOUT THE ROLE

Hypebeast is hiring a Senior Creative to lead ideation, strategy and execution across branded pitches and campaigns.

This role sits across both Hypebeast editorial channels and Hypemaker white label brand projects. You will own campaigns from briefing to final delivery, working closely with the Creative Director and collaborating across Client Solutions and Production teams. You’ll combine cultural fluency, strong taste and strategic thinking to deliver breakthrough campaigns that resonate with Hypebeast’s global audience.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead creative development across editorial and branded campaigns from concept to execution

  • Develop integrated campaign ideas across social, film, editorial and experiential

  • Own social-led activations while understanding full 360 campaign delivery

  • Communicate and present creative thinking confidently to clients

  • Oversee creative approvals with strong attention to detail and accountability

  • Collaborate with Client Solutions and Production teams to scope projects and manage budgets

  • Challenge briefs and strategies to push for stronger creative outcomes

  • Manage timelines and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

  • Contribute to wider business objectives and help improve team processes and culture

  • Act as an ambassador for the brand internally and externally

Who This Is For

  • Creatives with 5+ years experience in agency, publishing, production or label environments

  • Well-rounded thinkers who can both lead ideas and execute hands on

  • Strategic creatives comfortable concepting across fully integrated campaigns and niche editorial formats

  • Professionals with experience overseeing production across film, animation, 3D, design, photography and live events

  • Confident presenters with strong pitching and storytelling skills

  • Creatives with strong art direction, visual design and copywriting capability

Bonus If You Have

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote and Google Slides

  • Experience working with emerging AI tools

  • Deep cultural fluency across youth culture, fashion, sports, luxury, tech, automotive, food, drink and music
