ABOUT THE ROLE
Universal Music UK is hiring a Label Coordinator to join the Island EMI Label Group.
Formed in 2024 through the merger of Island and EMI Records, this label group supports globally recognised artists across both UK and international rosters. This role sits within the Strategic Marketing team, supporting campaigns for established and priority artists. You will play a central coordination role across marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, budgets are tracked accurately and communication flows smoothly between internal teams and artist stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Provide day to day support to the Strategic Marketing team across priority artist campaigns
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign delivery
Assist in managing timelines, creative assets and product delivery
Support campaign budget tracking and reporting
Use internal reporting tools and data systems to assess campaign performance
Act as a key contact for Island and EMI e commerce stores
Communicate campaign updates clearly to artist managers, internal departments and external partners
Monitor competitor activity and stay informed on industry trends
Who This Is For
Professionals with experience working in fast paced, high performing teams
Individuals with marketing or label experience, ideally within recorded music
Highly organised operators who thrive on detail and coordination
Strong communicators confident liaising with multiple stakeholders
People with strong knowledge of charts, trends and the streaming landscape
Individuals familiar with Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon and YouTube platforms
Bonus If You Have
Experience within a record label marketing team
Understanding of short form digital content and campaign moments
Experience supporting established or high profile artist campaigns
