ABOUT THE ROLE

CAA is hiring a Photographer / Videographer / Editor to join its in-house Creative Services team in London, reporting to the Head of Production and working closely with the Project Manager.

This is a hands-on production and post-production role creating original content that supports CAA’s business strategies, internal teams and clients. You’ll shoot and edit a wide mix of work including corporate and client sizzles, web and social content, interview-based videos, clip playlists, motion-led assets and special projects. • Advise on the best creative approach to deliver internal and external visual tools

  • Shoot, edit, refine and finish original content across corporate and client projects

  • Handle full production for talking-head style interviews including setup, lighting and audio

  • Create and manage plans to showcase client materials, respond to feedback and deliver final assets

  • Deliver event and portrait photography alongside video projects

  • Manage multiple projects at once from production through post to delivery

  • Organise, archive and maintain project files and assets in line with team workflows

  • Collaborate with the creative team on upcoming pitches and content ideas

  • Manage workload through Asana tickets and internal processes

  • Support live editing during special recorded events using Livestream Studio or similar platforms

  • Stay current on trends, formats and tools across video, photography and social platforms

  • Troubleshoot production and post-production issues with strong technical confidence

Who This Is For

  • Creative professionals with 5+ years experience in agency, production, post or freelance environments

  • Confident self-starters who can run shoots independently without on-site production support

  • Strong interviewers with the ability to guide contributors to clear, authentic on-camera delivery

  • Editors with a strong sense of pacing, structure and storytelling

  • People comfortable balancing multiple projects with tight timelines

  • Professionals with a strong portfolio across both video and stills

Bonus If You Have

  • Live event videography experience including gimbal techniques, drone or similar setups

  • Advanced technical understanding of camera, lighting and audio workflows

  • Strong knowledge of colour profiles, codecs, export settings and troubleshooting

  • Experience creating motion-led assets or working with motion and animation teams
