The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Buyer – Accessories to join our team and play a key role in shaping our product ranges. This role is perfect for someone with premium or luxury buying experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career and help drive forward an iconic London brand.
You’ll work closely with suppliers, spot emerging trends, and ensure our collections meet customer needs while aligning with company strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing supplier relationships and supporting the full buying process
Identifying new product opportunities to grow sales and strengthen our brand portfolio
Hitting seasonal intake margin targets and managing delivery schedules
Handling late deliveries – negotiating cancellations or discounts where needed
Developing market-led own-brand accessory collections based on trend insights and competitor analysis
Continuously reviewing fashion trends, price points, quality and availability to ensure we stay ahead of the competition
What We’re Looking For
Previous buying experience with a premium or luxury brand (essential)
Strong supplier relationships and negotiation skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Able to drive the brand forward with fresh ideas and a strong market focus
Experience managing people (preferred but not essential)
