LEAD MARKETING STRATEGIST, ROCNATION

As Lead Marketing Strategist at SocialFixt, you will be the driving force behind our marketing strategy, shaping and delivering campaigns that grow our community, strengthen our brand, and connect diverse talent to the creative industries. This is a mid-to-senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives on both big-picture thinking and getting into the details of execution. You will lead on strategy decks, campaign planning, and partnership activations, working closely with the founder and content team to ensure every campaign delivers measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for SocialFixt’s events, programmes, and brand partnerships.

• Craft compelling strategy decks, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee creative content production, from social assets to event marketing collateral.

• Collaborate with partners, sponsors, and community leads to deliver high-impact campaigns.

• Monitor performance data, track KPIs, and optimise strategies for growth and engagement.

• Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.

• Identify trends, platforms, and tools to keep SocialFixt’s marketing ahead of the curve.

• Manage both paid and organic marketing initiatives.

• Represent SocialFixt at key events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of marketing experience within the creative, cultural, or media industries.

• Proven track record of building and delivering successful marketing campaigns.

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

• Understanding of diverse audiences and inclusive marketing approaches.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Right to work in the UK.
