Role: Social Responsibility Content & Campaigns Coordinator
Type: Hybrid (average 3 days in London office)
The LEGO Group is looking for a Social Responsibility Content & Campaigns Coordinator to help create inspiring content and deliver impactful campaigns that use the power of play to make a difference for children around the world. This is a full-time role ideal for someone with creative flair, strong organisational skills, and a passion for education, play, and social impact.
About the Role
You’ll work as part of the Social Responsibility team, collaborating with colleagues, partners, and creative agencies to produce high-quality materials and campaigns. From global initiatives like Build the Change and Build to Give, to toolkits, animations, and social media content, you’ll help bring LEGO’s mission to life while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the production of Social Responsibility content, including presentations, toolkits, graphics, videos, and social media assets
Support campaigns by gathering photography, video footage, and release forms from activities in over 30 countries
Help draft case studies, review press releases, and coordinate large-scale, multi-region campaigns
Work closely with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and engages diverse audiences
Manage file organisation, translations, and project timelines
What They’re Looking For
2+ years’ experience supporting content or campaign delivery
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone for different audiences
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects
Passion for children’s education, creativity, and play
