CREATIVE CONTENT DESIGNER, SELFRIDGES
Role: Creative Content Designer
Type: Full-time, London-based
Selfridges is looking for a Creative Content Designer to join their Creative team and help shape industry-leading design for print, digital, CRM, and social platforms. Reporting to the Senior Video Manager, you’ll play a key role in creating customer-focused content that brings the Selfridges brand to life across multiple channels.
About the Role
You’ll ideate and deliver innovative design concepts, adapt creative for different formats, and ensure all work aligns with Selfridges’ brand guidelines. Working closely with the in-house photographer, you’ll produce visual content that elevates customer communications and campaigns while maintaining a high standard of creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Create designs for store signage, selfridges.com features, social media, packaging, CRM, and more
Contribute ideas for campaigns and customer communications
Act as a guardian of Selfridges’ design guidelines
Brief the in-house photographer for content capture
Support the creative team with research and overall design direction
What They’re Looking For
BA degree or relevant experience in art, design, advertising, or fashion
Skilled in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Word (Mac)
Film editing skills (advantage, not essential)
Strong attention to detail and high creative standards
Confident presenter with a professional, collaborative approach
Organised, flexible, and able to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
