KOKO is looking for an Event Specialist to join its Events team and help deliver outstanding experiences across its iconic, multi-space venues. This role blends operational execution with commercial insight — perfect for someone who thrives in live events and hospitality.
About the Role
As Event Specialist, you’ll use your deep knowledge of the UK events landscape to deliver standout corporate, private, and member-led events. You’ll work across high-profile, multi-space venues, balancing operational precision with sales acumen. Whether leading projects or mentoring junior team members, you’ll ensure every event feels seamless, on-brand, and commercially successful.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex events across multiple venue spaces, ensuring operational excellence
Support and mentor junior team members; contribute to performance development
Build relationships across agencies, vendors, organisers, and luxury brands
Oversee budgets, margins, and use commercial data to guide decision-making
Brief and coordinate with clients and internal teams efficiently
Adapt seamlessly in an evolving, fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and solutions-focus
What They’re Looking For
At least 5 years’ experience delivering events in multi-space venues, ideally in private members clubs or premium hospitality settings
Deep understanding of the UK events landscape and established industry contacts
Financial fluency: confident managing budgets and making data-informed choices
Strong communication skills and experience briefing clients and teams with clarity
