Marketing Assistant, BOILER ROOM

About the Role

Boiler Room is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across its global programme of ticketed events, editorial initiatives, brand partnerships and affiliated brands.

Working closely with the Marketing Managers, you’ll help coordinate campaigns across CRM, ticketing, social media, content and communications. This is a great opportunity for someone organised, proactive and passionate about music and culture to build their career in music marketing within a fast paced global organisation.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across Boiler Room’s global programme of ticketed events and affiliated brands

  • Build and schedule CRM and email marketing campaigns

  • Write copy for email campaigns, social media, event pages and other marketing communications

  • Coordinate social media calendars and campaign schedules

  • Manage campaign trackers, marketing calendars and internal documentation

  • Coordinate creative assets and help ensure campaigns are delivered on time

  • Monitor ticket sales and campaign performance

  • Prepare regular reports and updates for the marketing team

  • Support campaign planning, launches and post campaign reporting

  • Maintain a high standard of quality control across marketing communications and creative assets

  • Collaborate with different departments across projects with varying timelines and priorities

  • Candidates with one to two years of experience in a marketing, events or coordinator role

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience building and scheduling CRM or email marketing campaigns

  • Experience using social media scheduling tools

  • Knowledge of marketing platforms or content management systems

  • Experience using project management software

  • A good understanding of digital marketing channels and social media best practices

  • Strong Google Workspace and Microsoft Office skills
