Experiential & Content Producer, EDELMEN

ABOUT THE ROLE

Edelman London is looking for an Experiential & Content Producer to join its creative production team.

This role sits at the centre of award-winning integrated campaigns, working across experiential, live events, filmed content, graphics and post-production. You will partner with creatives, account leads and clients to take ideas from concept through to delivery, ensuring projects are executed to the highest creative and operational standard. You will lead production across multiple workstreams, bringing the right people together, managing risk, safeguarding budgets and delivering standout work that connects brands with audiences in meaningful ways.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end production across experiential campaigns, events and content shoots

  • Translate creative ideas into practical production plans and delivery frameworks

  • Build and manage detailed budgets, from early ballpark estimates to final reconciliations

  • Negotiate with suppliers and clients to ensure cost efficiency and profitability

  • Oversee live action shoots, animation, graphics, editing and post-production

  • Manage project timelines, key milestones and internal approvals

  • Identify and mitigate risks across all stages of production

  • Liaise with Business Affairs on contracts, IP risks and scope adjustments

  • Manage project scope changes and communicate budget implications clearly

  • Source and manage third-party vendors, freelancers and specialist suppliers

  • Lead negotiations, contracts and supplier relationships

  • Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Digital and Account teams to ensure integrated delivery

  • Maintain high standards of operational excellence and close projects thoroughly
