Creative Designer, POST OFFICE
ABOUT THE ROLE
Post Office is building a new in-house Creative Studio, led by the Head of Creative Studio and supported by three Creative Designers.
This role will be responsible for originating creative assets across digital and retail channels and for adapting campaign creative developed by external agencies. The goal is to bring more creative execution in-house to improve speed to market, increase consistency and reduce costs. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the Post Office brand appears across customer touchpoints, delivering high-quality, effective creative that performs both commercially and visually.
What You’ll Do
Create original creative assets for digital and retail environments
Adapt and evolve campaign creative from external agencies for internal use
Develop templates and creative systems to improve efficiency and scalability
Deliver high-quality marcomms assets across B2C and B2B2C audiences
Prepare production-ready files, ensuring correct formats and resolution standards
Work within workflow management systems such as JIRA
Present and “sell in” creative ideas to senior marketing stakeholders
Collaborate closely with marketing, brand and studio colleagues
Contribute to building a fast, agile in-house creative capability

Designers with proven experience delivering high-quality creative for B2C or B2B2C brands
Professionals confident working across digital and retail channels
Individuals experienced in developing creative templates and scalable systems
Designers comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
Strong communicators who can present ideas clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders
Bonus If You Have
Advanced skills across Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory and composition
Experience in file preparation and production standards
Experience working in workflow tools such as JIRA
A track record of building efficient creative processes
