Creative Strategist, GRAYLING

About the Role

Grayling UK is hiring a Creative Strategist to join IGNITE, the agency’s creative engine.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity and communications. You’ll work across Consumer, Corporate, Public Affairs and Health teams, helping shape bold, audience-first campaigns for UK and global clients.

You’ll lead strategic thinking on major briefs and pitches, turning insight, data and cultural understanding into creative platforms that move audiences and deliver impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead strategy across major client briefs and pitches

  • Reframe briefs and shape clear, compelling strategic narratives

  • Work closely with the creative, client and delivery teams to develop integrated campaigns

  • Act as a strategic voice within IGNITE, raising the standard of thinking across the agency

  • Support senior leadership in positioning Grayling as a strategic and creative consultancy

  • Turn data and research into clear, actionable insights

  • Develop audience-first ideas across paid, owned and earned channels

  • Share best-in-class tools, thinking and inspiration across the business

  • Lead strategic training to build confidence and capability across teams
