About the Role

Warner Music Group is hiring a Junior Manager, Creator Partnerships to support creator-led campaigns across its global catalogue roster.

This role sits within the Global Catalogue team and focuses on sourcing and managing digital creators across TikTok, Reels and Shorts, helping drive engagement and storytelling around both heritage and current artists. You’ll work closely with campaign teams, creators and artists to ensure content aligns with artist identity, campaign narratives and platform best practices.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and manage creators across TikTok, Reels, Shorts and other short-form platforms

  • Oversee campaign briefs, timelines, deliverables and approvals

  • Manage creator and agency relationships across campaigns

  • Support artists with guidance around short-form content and social tone

  • Collaborate with campaign leads to align creator output with marketing narratives

  • Track performance and refine outreach strategies using insights and analytics

  • Maintain a database of trusted creator partners

  • Stay up to date with trends, platform changes and the evolving creator economy
