About the Role

Kingdom Collective is hiring an Account Executive to join its award-winning communications agency.

Working across music, culture, entertainment and lifestyle clients, you'll help deliver impactful campaigns that connect brands with audiences in meaningful ways. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their PR or communications career who is passionate about music, youth culture and storytelling. Kingdom's client roster includes brands and organisations such as G-Shock, Casio, Lost Village, Dr. Martens, V&A, Relentless, Nando's, YouTube, War Child and more.

What You'll Do

  • Support the delivery of PR and communications campaigns across multiple clients

  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets and cultural platforms

  • Write press releases, media materials and campaign copy

  • Monitor media coverage and report against campaign KPIs

  • Research cultural trends, news stories and media opportunities

  • Contribute to creative brainstorming and campaign development sessions

  • Assist with media outreach and securing coverage

  • Support client reporting, administration and project management

  • Attend events, launches, festivals and activations when required

  • Help identify opportunities that go beyond traditional PR

Who This Is For

  • Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in PR, communications or agency environments

  • People with experience across music, entertainment, lifestyle or culture sectors

  • Strong writers with excellent attention to detail

  • Individuals with a growing network of media contacts

  • People who are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects

  • Candidates passionate about culture, media, music and storytelling

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience working with cultural or entertainment brands

  • Knowledge of influencer and creator marketing

  • Experience working towards media and campaign targets

  • An active interest in emerging music, fashion and youth culture
