About the Role

Allwyn UK is hiring a Planning Manager to join Studio 59, its newly launched in-house creative agency.

Studio 59 brings together strategy, creative, production and media under one roof to create audience-first campaigns for The National Lottery. As Planning Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping campaign strategy, turning audience insights into creative opportunities and ensuring work delivers measurable impact. This is an opportunity for a strategic thinker who loves consumer behaviour, cultural insight and creative effectiveness.

What You'll Do

  • Lead audience, customer and cultural insight development across campaigns

  • Translate research and data into clear strategic recommendations

  • Develop creative and communications briefs for internal teams and agency partners

  • Work closely with Creative, Production, Media and Brand teams to shape campaigns

  • Identify emerging trends, behaviours and opportunities that inform planning

  • Support campaign measurement and performance analysis

  • Help create integrated communications strategies across multiple channels

  • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

  • Ensure planning frameworks and processes support effective campaign delivery

  • Contribute to the growth and development of Studio 59's strategic capability

  • Experience working within an in-house agency environment

  • Experience across FMCG, retail, entertainment or consumer brands

  • Knowledge of media planning and campaign effectiveness measurement

  • Experience working within highly regulated industries
