About the Role
Allwyn UK is hiring a Planning Manager to join Studio 59, its newly launched in-house creative agency.
Studio 59 brings together strategy, creative, production and media under one roof to create audience-first campaigns for The National Lottery. As Planning Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping campaign strategy, turning audience insights into creative opportunities and ensuring work delivers measurable impact. This is an opportunity for a strategic thinker who loves consumer behaviour, cultural insight and creative effectiveness.
What You'll Do
Lead audience, customer and cultural insight development across campaigns
Translate research and data into clear strategic recommendations
Develop creative and communications briefs for internal teams and agency partners
Work closely with Creative, Production, Media and Brand teams to shape campaigns
Identify emerging trends, behaviours and opportunities that inform planning
Support campaign measurement and performance analysis
Help create integrated communications strategies across multiple channels
Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Ensure planning frameworks and processes support effective campaign delivery
Contribute to the growth and development of Studio 59's strategic capability
Who This Is For
Candidates with experience in strategic planning, communications planning, brand strategy or agency planning
People who enjoy turning insight into action
Strong communicators able to influence stakeholders across multiple teams
Professionals experienced in consumer research, audience analysis and campaign planning
Individuals comfortable balancing creativity with commercial objectives
Bonus If You Have
Experience working within an in-house agency environment
Experience across FMCG, retail, entertainment or consumer brands
Knowledge of media planning and campaign effectiveness measurement
Experience working within highly regulated industries
