WHO ARE WE?

We’re the in-house creative department for the biggest creative platform on the planet. A multidisciplinary team on a mission to earn YouTube's place in culture by creating work that people like, comment and share.

WHAT IS [NEXT] SQUAD?

Our '[NEXT] Squad' emerging talent programme will invite 4 candidates of varying interests, skills, and ambitions, to work
as a self-sufficient team over a six month period. This is a pilot program with the aim to help undiscovered talent get access to the marketing/creative industry; a way to enable a new generation of creative leaders to enter the workforce, so that their skills and CVs are better positioned for their next opportunity.

WHAT WILL THE PROGRAMME CONSIST OF?

• As part of the [NEXT] squad you'll work on real briefs.
  Big, small, and YouTube firsts.
  Together you’ll be an engine for ideation, and making.
  You'll receive mentorship and training opportunities, while working closely with other creatives
