Boiler Room started with a webcam taped to a wall, broadcasting from a warehouse in London, opening a keyhole to the city’s underground. DIY at it’s finest; raw uncut and homemade.
As an independent music platform and cultural curator, we remain true to that history. Connecting club culture to the wider world, on screen and irl through parties, film and video.
Since 2010 we built a unique archive; featuring over 4,000 performance, by more than 5,000 artists spanning 150 cities, enabling everyone regardless of where they live to enjoy the freedom it stands for.
Our remit is to platform music in new ways – sound on for the voices and stories of the fringes of the mainstream.

YOUR ROLE
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Boiler Room is seeking a Partnership Manager to work in the partnerships team on the planning, production and execution of our brand partner events and projects, reporting to our Account Director and supporting our other Partnerships Managers on the overall delivery of a wide portfolio of categories, and leading on smaller projects end-to-end. Our portfolio of brand projects varies in terms of scope & complexity, but will typically comprise of events, video & social activation; running across a long-term period which you will oversee and project manage from ideation to delivery. We’re looking for individuals who have a deep-rooted passion for music, events and storytelling. We pride ourselves in the way we work with external partners, with all of our projects being additive to the culture we are a part of.
MAIN DUTIES
Project managing from brief all the way through to delivery
An efficient bridge between internal and external stakeholders
Building work plans and tracking the progress of teams against timeline milestones: Music, Event/Broadcast, Design, Marketing, Film and/or other teams where applicable
Budget management for projects and concluding budgets at the end of a campaign to ensure profit target is met or exceeded
Writing briefs and overseeing creative development and delivery of all campaign assets: visual identity, social assets, social copy and content
Managing client expectations, objectives and timelines throughout
Working closely with the Marketing and Press teams to activate campaigns on Boiler Room channels and press if applicable
Delivering post-campaign reports to demonstrate campaign performance against marketing KPIs and our strategic goals
WHO YOU ARE
Detail-oriented and highly organised, with a dynamic approach to project management
Experienced in account or project management in a similarly positioned agency (creative/PR) or Media owner
Experienced in a wide range of creatively exciting projects with solid examples to share
Excellent communication skills, with a flexible and friendly client management style and an ability to influence positive results.
Great with people, deadlines and strategically focused
Exceptional at project management and the ability to work under pressure
Strong financial acumen and proven experience in managing and reconciling budgets
A good level of technical skills and intuitive technical knowledge, highly motivated to learn and stay on top of trends, as well as adjusting to project management systems with the ability to enhance and improve work streams and deliverables of the content production

Excellent computer proficiency, specifically Microsoft Word & Excel and Google Drive

Be an expert in your field
