THE ROLE

You’ll report to Account Manager 

The role of the Account Executive underpins the work of the entire team. This role supports across several, simultaneous campaigns as part of the dedicated Amazon Prime Video Series International PR team at Organic. A passion for film and television is essential. Excellent organisation and strong communication is key. You will be working on multiple projects concurrently and will need to be good at multitasking and prioritising. You’ll need to have strong attention to detail, a can-do attitude and confidence.

YOUR GENERALISM

The Account Executive needs to bring a core set of skills to the table. 

1. Be organised – you’ll be handling multiple tasks so you need be an organisation enthusiast! 

2. Be proactive – seek out opportunities to add value to the running of the team. 

3. Be communicative – ask questions, make sure you are always in touch with your colleagues. 

4. Attention to detail – check everything, then check it again. Even if you didn’t do it. 

5. Be a team player – we work in teams almost all of the time so you need to be dependable. 

6. Bring the energy – and be prepared to keep a cool head when working under pressure. 

7. Be a fast learner – you’ll need to be able to take in a lot of information and learn on the job. 

8. Ability to be flexible – willing and able to work on projects outside of your comfort zone 

YOUR SPECIALISM

Day to day duties will involve but are not limited to: 

  1. Prime Video Series comms team liaison for on-going projects as and when required by Senior Account Manager. 

  2. Drafting weekly client status reports reflecting the work achieved over the past week. 

  3. Updating internal documents as needed to ensure all communications shared by the client are logged and actioned accordingly. 

  4. Compiling client coverage / wrap reports on behalf of the team, often to tight deadlines. 

  5. Preparing materials for press junkets and premieres including nominations grids, schedules etc. 

  6. Coordinating logistics for press junkets / talent tours e.g., booking cars, groomers, hotels etc. 

  7. Supporting and running press check-in / hospitality during junkets. 

  8. Proof-reading and sending out media materials to markets as required, e.g. press releases, press packs, stills etc. 

  9. Providing relevant and approved assets to media / local markets as required (stills, video clips, trailers, artwork etc). 

  10. Distributing screener links to media or collating lists of media who require screening links. 

  11. Compiling and updating press lists when necessary. 

  12. Booking meeting rooms and arranging virtual meetings for senior team. 

  13. Drafting and circulating agendas and meeting notes / minutes. 

  14. Occasionally assist the wider team at out of hours events e.g. weekends screenings, evening premieres, film festivals etc. 

  15. Attending brainstorms and contributing to ideas 

  16. Any other PR duties as required on the account 

  17. Feed into agency Goal setting with proactive initiatives and positive ideas around the key pillars of People, Work, Clients, Reputation and Growth. 

  18. Be passionate – show a keen interest and knowledge of entertainment content, particularly film and television.
