Personal Assistant, INSANITY

ABOUT THE ROLE

Insanity is hiring a PA to the Directors to support the Founder & CEO, Director of Legal & Business Affairs, and Group Managing Director.

This is a high-trust executive support role responsible for ensuring senior leadership operates efficiently day to day. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate travel, prepare meetings and act as a key point of communication between the Directors and internal and external stakeholders. This is a primarily office-based role in King’s Cross, Monday to Friday (10am–6pm), providing in-person executive support and meeting coordination.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide proactive executive support to the Directors, ensuring their schedules and priorities run smoothly

  • Manage complex diaries across multiple time zones, scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel including flights, accommodation, visas and itineraries

  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas and briefing documents

  • Attend meetings when required to capture notes and follow up on actions

  • Act as a professional first point of contact for clients, talent and stakeholders

  • Manage company mailboxes and communications, drafting responses where appropriate

  • Process expenses and invoices using internal systems

  • Support internal events such as leadership meetings, off-sites and company gatherings

  • Work closely with the wider operations team to support smooth day-to-day business operations

  • Experienced Personal Assistants or Executive Assistants with at least 5 years supporting senior leadership

  • Professionals confident managing multiple stakeholders and complex schedules

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience supporting senior executives within entertainment, media, music or creative industries

  • Experience managing international travel logistics
