ABOUT THE ROLE
Creative Artists Agency is hiring a Producer / Editor to join its in-house Creative Services team in London.
This role focuses on producing and editing high-quality video content that supports CAA’s global business, clients and internal teams. You’ll work across a variety of formats including interviews, client reels, social videos, event coverage and branded content. You’ll manage projects from production through post-production, bringing strong creative judgement, technical skill and storytelling ability to every piece of content.
What You’ll Do
Produce and edit original video content for corporate and client projects
Lead production for interview shoots and other talking-head style content
Create sizzle reels, social content, concept videos and event footage
Manage projects across production and post-production stages
Collaborate with agents, executives and stakeholders to deliver visual content solutions
Handle lighting, camera setup and audio for shoots
Edit video and sound to a high standard with strong pacing and storytelling
Organise and archive media assets in line with internal workflows
Support live editing during recorded events where required
Stay current with new video, editing and social media trends
Who This Is For
Creative professionals with 5+ years of experience in video production or editing
Individuals comfortable running shoots independently
Editors with strong storytelling instincts and technical expertise
People experienced working in fast-paced agency, production or entertainment environments
Professionals with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Bonus If You Have
Experience filming live events or using advanced filming equipment such as gimbals or drones
Advanced knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Lightroom
Experience producing both video and photography assets
Strong understanding of modern social media video formats
