Project Manager (EVENTS) & Programming Assistant, BOILER ROOM

About the Role

Boiler Room is hiring a Project Manager (Events) & Programming Assistant to join its Events team.

This role supports the delivery of Boiler Room’s global event portfolio, from editorial shoots to large-scale festivals. You’ll lead selected events from planning through execution, while also supporting the Music Programming team with artist advancing and related projects. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong project management skills, sharp attention to detail and a deep understanding of club culture and Boiler Room’s music direction.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end production on selected Boiler Room events

  • Act as the main event contact during pre-production and delivery

  • Coordinate with venues, promoters, production teams and internal departments

  • Oversee event operations including staffing, crowd flow, health and safety and onsite communications

  • Support technical and creative production across sound, lighting, video, staging, branding and set design

  • Manage event documentation including schedules, call sheets and production decks

  • Handle artist advancing, contracts and key project logistics

  • Manage internal and external event budgets, forecasts and post-show settlements

  • Support Boiler Room’s Partnerships team with client-facing production communication

  • Source new venues and spaces internationally

  • Ensure all administrative tasks, invoicing and reporting are completed to a high standard

  • Professionals comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience with event production software or project management tools

  • Experience working across live music, festivals or branded cultural events

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Workspace
