Miu Miu Retail Events Manager, North Europe, PRADA GROUP

ABOUT THE ROLE

Miu Miu is looking for a Retail Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of in-store events and brand activations across Northern Europe.

This role sits at the intersection of brand experience, client engagement and retail strategy. You will oversee the end-to-end development of events that strengthen client relationships, elevate brand presence and support commercial growth across stores. Working closely with regional teams and global headquarters, you’ll ensure every activation aligns with Miu Miu’s creative direction and luxury brand standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the concept development and execution of retail events and brand activations across the region

  • Develop innovative event formats that strengthen brand presence and client engagement

  • Collaborate with regional teams and HQ to align on event strategies and creative direction

  • Manage all operational elements including venue sourcing, logistics, catering, casting, security and guest management

  • Plan and oversee event budgets, timelines and delivery across multiple store locations

  • Identify and onboard new vendors and partners to improve event production and efficiency

  • Measure event performance and produce reports evaluating engagement and return on investment
