Talent Manager, FRANKLYNS FORUM

About the Role

Franklyn’s Forum is hiring a Talent Manager to join its growing team representing creators and writers across fashion, beauty and culture.

This is a hands-on role where you will manage creators end-to-end, drive brand partnerships and contribute directly to revenue. You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy, owning deals, campaigns and relationships while helping shape the commercial growth of your roster.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of creators, acting as their main point of contact and strategic partner

  • Source, pitch and close brand partnerships across your roster

  • Lead commercial negotiations including fees, usage and deliverables

  • Oversee campaign delivery from brief through to final sign-off

  • Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies and production partners

  • Manage creator schedules, deadlines and brand commitments

  • Advise on content direction aligned to brand briefs and platform best practice

  • Identify trends and commercial opportunities for your creators

  • Oversee campaign production including shoots, events and activations

  • Manage freelancers, suppliers and external partners

  • Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard

  • Flag risks, delays or gaps early and proactively
