Talent Manager, FRANKLYNS FORUM
About the Role
Franklyn’s Forum is hiring a Talent Manager to join its growing team representing creators and writers across fashion, beauty and culture.
This is a hands-on role where you will manage creators end-to-end, drive brand partnerships and contribute directly to revenue. You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy, owning deals, campaigns and relationships while helping shape the commercial growth of your roster.
What You’ll Do
Manage a portfolio of creators, acting as their main point of contact and strategic partner
Source, pitch and close brand partnerships across your roster
Lead commercial negotiations including fees, usage and deliverables
Oversee campaign delivery from brief through to final sign-off
Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies and production partners
Manage creator schedules, deadlines and brand commitments
Advise on content direction aligned to brand briefs and platform best practice
Identify trends and commercial opportunities for your creators
Oversee campaign production including shoots, events and activations
Manage freelancers, suppliers and external partners
Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard
Flag risks, delays or gaps early and proactively
Who This Is For
Candidates with 2+ years experience in talent management, influencer marketing or creative agencies
Professionals with a proven track record of securing and closing brand deals
Confident negotiators comfortable leading commercial conversations
