Lead Marketing Strategist, ROCNATION

About the Role

Roc Nation Sports International is hiring a Lead Marketing Strategist to work at the centre of its global strategy team.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role focuses on developing marketing strategies, campaigns, and consulting proposals for athletes, teams, leagues, and global brand partners. You’ll shape how sport connects with culture, media and audiences, translating insight into compelling, commercially impactful ideas. This is a mid-weight strategy role, ideal for someone who can think big and execute, building decks, concepts, and narratives that bring strategy to life.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the development of marketing strategies across athletes, teams, leagues and brand clients

  • Create client-facing decks, proposals and presentations

  • Develop campaign concepts rooted in sport, culture and entertainment

  • Translate briefs and business objectives into clear strategic narratives

  • Contribute to new business pitches and consulting proposals

  • Collaborate with internal teams across content, partnerships, PR and production

  • Identify cultural moments, partnerships and storytelling opportunities

  • Support development of long-term brand platforms and campaign strategies

  • Present ideas internally and contribute to client-facing presentations

  • Work closely with senior leadership on strategic frameworks and planning
