They’re currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join their in-house Design Studio, playing a key role in the visual storytelling across digital, print, and spatial design outputs.

About the Role
This role sits at the heart of the Museum’s creative efforts. Working as part of the NHM Design Studio, you’ll help bring the Museum’s visual identity to life across posters, digital assets, invites, exhibition graphics and more.

From shaping brand-aligned campaigns to developing new visitor experiences, you’ll work with multidisciplinary teams across exhibitions, events and public programmes — translating complex ideas into bold, accessible design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design print, digital and spatial graphics across a wide range of Museum outputs

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaign and exhibition materials

  • Use research and iteration to refine brand storytelling across design touchpoints

  • Project manage design rollouts, briefs and timelines across multiple departments

  • Ensure all work reflects the Museum’s mission to build advocates for the planet

  • Contribute to a culture of sustainable, inclusive, and audience-aware design

What They’re Looking For

  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in graphic design or a related subject

  • Strong typographic skills and up-to-date design trend awareness

  • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Experience in both digital and print design

  • Confidence in challenging briefs and contributing ideas in a collaborative setting

  • A deep interest in arts, culture, museums and/or sustainability

  • High attention to detail and a passion for accessibility and inclusive design
