About the Role
As a Junior Artworker, you’ll support the Creative Team by adapting and refining existing design assets — from social content and pitch decks to digital ads and print-ready artwork. This role is all about precision, consistency, and quality.

You’ll work closely with designers and project managers to ensure everything is prepped, polished, and aligned with brand guidelines — all while maintaining technical accuracy across formats.

Key Responsibilities

Adapt and artwork pre-existing design assets across print and digital
Ensure correct file setup, colour modes, and formatting for delivery
Maintain brand consistency and adhere to studio systems and QC processes
Work with editable file formats for easy collaboration
Interpret briefs and estimate production timelines
Uphold the highest design and technical standards across all output

What They’re Looking For

2+ years of artworking experience (agency or in-house)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Detail-oriented approach with a meticulous eye for typography, layout and formatting
Understanding of production requirements across digital and print
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
Passion for sport or experience in sports marketing/design is a bonus
