About the Role

Jo Malone London is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its global team. The role supports the Marketing Manager across all stages of the marketing lifecycle — from new product launches to global consumer campaigns. You’ll manage key milestones, contribute to go-to-market toolkits, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and with impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end planning and execution of new product launches

  • Manage programme milestones, copy sheets, financial scenarios, and system inputs

  • Coordinate collateral production and external vendors in partnership with procurement

  • Prepare toolkits and bulletins to support regional marketing execution

  • Track sales data and campaign performance, preparing reports and insights

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform positioning and strategy

  • Assist in planning and delivering 360° consumer marketing campaigns

  • Contribute to Go To Market guidelines to ensure consistency across markets

  • Monitor campaign KPIs and ROI, providing post-campaign analysis and learnings

  • Collaborate with global and regional teams across Creative, Product Development, and Channel Marketing
