About the Role
Jo Malone London is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its global team. The role supports the Marketing Manager across all stages of the marketing lifecycle — from new product launches to global consumer campaigns. You’ll manage key milestones, contribute to go-to-market toolkits, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and with impact.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end planning and execution of new product launches
Manage programme milestones, copy sheets, financial scenarios, and system inputs
Coordinate collateral production and external vendors in partnership with procurement
Prepare toolkits and bulletins to support regional marketing execution
Track sales data and campaign performance, preparing reports and insights
Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform positioning and strategy
Assist in planning and delivering 360° consumer marketing campaigns
Contribute to Go To Market guidelines to ensure consistency across markets
Monitor campaign KPIs and ROI, providing post-campaign analysis and learnings
Collaborate with global and regional teams across Creative, Product Development, and Channel Marketing
