About the Role

Disney is hiring a Creative Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of marketing campaigns across Disney+.

This role sits within the Creative Operations team and focuses on project coordination, workflow management and campaign delivery across multiple markets. You’ll work closely with creatives, marketers and regional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, approved efficiently and executed to a high standard. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone organised, detail-driven and experienced in managing creative workflows within media or entertainment.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Creative Ops Manager and team across marketing campaign projects

  • Coordinate project timelines and workflows across multiple campaigns

  • Track progress and ensure deadlines are met across all stakeholders

  • Manage communication between brief owners, creatives and approvers

  • Coordinate and track creative approvals across UK, EMEA and US teams

  • Provide regular status updates on campaign progress

  • Review briefs to ensure all required information is accurate and complete

  • Ensure creative teams have the assets and information needed to execute campaigns

  • Maintain quality control across all stages of production

  • Support planning tools, workflows and operational processes

  • Help improve internal processes and maintain team documentation
