JUNIOR HR DESIGNER - DUNE GROUP

Recruitment

  • Work closely with the Recruitment Manager/HRBP’s and HR Advisor.

  • Update and distribute vacancies on a weekly basis.

  • Responsible for maintaining the careers page of the company website, the intranet and relevant job boards with current vacancies, in line with weekly updates.

  • Manage the candidate management system for any relevant roles in order to screen and respond to candidates in a timely manner.

  • Support the Recruitment Manager and with recruitment events, assessment centers or interviews as required.


New Starter Process

  • Support with the Administration of New Starter paper work in the absence of the HR Coordinator. Ensuring offer letters, contracts and new starter packs are sent to new starters within the relevant timescales.

  • Conduct Central Support Office inductions, in the absence of the HR Coordinator, as and when required.

  • Support with new starter management training and right to work checks.


Training

  • Support with the facilitation of all L&D by printing all relevant documentation required for the day and co-facilitating sessions as and when required.

  • Support with the creation and delivery of junior or process-based HR training for managers.

  • Support with training invites and coordinating.

  • Support with E-Learning Content and Guides for the business.


Benefits

  • Support with employee benefits and pay queries ensuring that all details are passed onto the HR Coordinator to process.

  • Support the HR Team with collating all employee engagement feedback and providing an outcome for these.


Employee Relations

  • Answer first line low level HR queries relating to company policies and procedures, ensuring all complex queries are escalated in timely manner to the appropriate person

  • Support with family friendly policies and procedures, ensuring these are managed in line with company procedures.

  • Support with the creation of all employee relations letters, in line with company procedures.

  • Note take in employee relations meetings as and when required.
